Returns & Exchanges Policy

If, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, in the first instance contact us.  

All items are thoroughly quality checked before they are carefully hand-wrapped, using protective corners and packaging, and sent off to be delivered, by Royal Mail or a courier.

Any damage must be reported, as soon as you notice this, upon delivery.  Please take photos of the damaged area, and send these together with your purchase details by email to us.   An exchange can then be discussed and arranged.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product or packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us – and agreed that doing so won’t affect any exchange you may be entitled to.

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, but we will endeavour to extended expiry dates in certain circumstances.   You can top up the value of your Gift Card to make up the difference in a more expensive item of your choice.

 

Unfortunately, Personalised frames – those with unique messages, names, dates etc on cannot be refunded or exchanged.   Thank you for your understanding on this.
